If you entrust us with the writing of a fact-sheet, we process the elements you provide (documents, photos, brief), as well as contractual data (quote, invoice, IBAN if paid by bank transfer).

• Reply to your quote requests and prepare a feasibility audit.
• Perform the ordered service and issue related invoicing.
• Comply with our legal obligations (accounting, anti-fraud, GDPR requests).
• Improve our service (aggregated, anonymized statistics).

• Pre-contractual measures for replying to quote requests (article 6.1.b GDPR).
• Performance of a contract for the execution of the service (article 6.1.b).
• Legal obligation for accounting retention (article 6.1.c).
• Legitimate interest for anonymized usage statistics (article 6.1.f).

6. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed only by authorized members of our team. We rely on the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — site hosting. Data processed under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Supabase Inc. (Singapore) — database for the contact form. Data encrypted at rest.
• Resend Inc. (United States) — service for sending email notifications to our internal mailbox.
• Hostinger International Ltd. (Lithuania) — business mailbox (contact@wikigenerator.pro).
• Anthropic PBC (United States) — AI engine for writing the delivered fact-sheets (prospect data is never sent to this processor).

7. Retention period

• Unsuccessful requests: 24 months from last contact.
• Contractual data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right of rectification;
• right to erasure (right to be forgotten);
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to portability;
• right to object;
• right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL).
